Monday-Friday (8AM-4:30PM or 8:30AM-5PM) | Schedule Dependent on LSW's Walk-In Testing Schedule

Key Responsibilities

* Implement innovative health education programming to enhance patient knowledge.

* Conduct pregnancy testing, health screenings, and risk assessments using advanced methodologies.

* Empower patients in setting health goals and navigating care systems effectively.

* Document patient services accurately in electronic health records.

* Manage dynamic patient schedules with expertise.

* Collaborate on interdisciplinary care teams to provide comprehensive health solutions.

* Maintain robust referral processes and up-to-date resource lists.

* Develop and innovate educational materials for maximum impact.

* Participate in the development of groundbreaking health education curricula.

* Consistently meet performance metrics and engage in strategic meetings.

* Provide cutting-edge training and sustain professional acumen.

Minimum Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.

* Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 1 year of experience.

* Proven experience in direct education within diverse cultural environments.

* Proficiency in healthcare, digital tools, and innovative patient engagement techniques.

* Ability to conduct health screenings and demonstrate Prenatal Navigator competencies.

* Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable.

* Experience with electronic health records and patient care in specialized areas such as HIV, gender non-binary, or chronic conditions.

* Resilience in managing physical and mental demands.

* Agility in adapting to varied work environments and technological advancements.
