• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in outreach, business development, or referral management preferably in the healthcare or behavioral health industry
• Demonstrated success meeting performance targets and managing outreach campaigns
• Strong existing network in Houston across healthcare, nonprofit, or educational sectors
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
• Independent, self‑motivated, and highly organized

• Plan and execute community and clinical outreach efforts, including events, trainings, and tours
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, therapists, hospitals, and organizations
• Meet KPIs related to outreach volume, referral generation, and event engagement
• Track outreach activity and performance using CRM systems
• Conduct market research and adapt outreach strategy to community needs
• Lead presentations and facilitate tours for prospective partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent outreach messaging
