Child and Family Therapist
Seeking a full‑time Child and Family Therapist to provide assessment, therapy, and crisis intervention for children and caregivers impacted by abuse and trauma in Cotulla, Texas.
- Provide individual, group, play, and family therapy, with 65% of time dedicated to direct client contact.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document case records.
- Support victims through court processes and provide court testimony.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
- Participate in supervision, peer reviews, community events, and staff meetings.
- Must have a Master’s degree, licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT), and experience working with children and trauma.
- Bi‑lingual preferred. Requires reliable transportation, flexibility, and ability to work in person with travel up to 50% of the year.
Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, retirement, paid time off, continuing education, and flexible hours. Salary range is $55K-$60K, negotiable based on experience.
