Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Rehab

Houston, TX
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | Mon–Fri | 35 hrs/week
Schedule: Flexible 8-hr days (start between 6:00 AM–10:00 AM, must be consistent)

• Evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and adjust plans of care using evidence-based practice
• Document patient progress, treatment minutes, and discharge summaries in EMR
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Supervise CFY or student SLPs as assigned
• Comply with ASHA, state, and regulatory standards

• 1+ year SLP experience (New grads accepted with Level II clinical experience)
• LTC or Rehab experience – required
• Active Texas SLP License – required
• CCC-SLP – required
• Compact license accepted
• One (1) professional reference required
