Your Total Compensation Package (Ranges from $35,000 to $48,000):

    Job Duties:
    Behavior Technicians report directly to the Clinical Director and are required to carry out the essential duties and responsibilities of this position in a manner that consistently demonstrates Thrive's mission and core values in a positive manner. These Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Work with clients one on one under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing therapeutic programs as prescribed for each client, using ABA strategies and techniques as written, discussed and/or demonstrated by BCBA.
    • Continuously monitor the client throughout the session and intervene as needed and directed to ensure the clients safety and wellbeing when in the clinical environment.
    • Administer behavioral interventions, and/or implement programs and/or protocols throughout the clients session as directed for clients who may have significant communication deficits (non‑verbal or unable to express themselves), medical needs, and/or maladaptive behaviors which may pose a serious safety risk to the client and/or others including but not limited to physical aggression to others, self‑injurious behavior, elopement, PICA.…
