Position Overview:Allison Audiology is seeking an experienced and compassionate Hearing Instrument Specialist who is passionate about patient-centered care and clinical excellence. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and motivated to provide comprehensive audio logic care while becoming a trusted long-term hearing healthcare partner for their patients. This role offers strong clinical autonomy, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to grow within a respected and expanding private practice.
Key Responsibilities:Provide hearing aid consultations, fittings, programming, verification, repairs, follow-up care and more.
Qualifications:Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in Texas
Strong diagnostic and hearing aid fitting skills
Minimum 2 years experience
Benefits & Compensation:Salary plus bonus potential $85,000-$95,000+, based heavily on experience
