Field Reimbursement Manager-West

Field Reimbursement Manager (CA, OR, WA, ) supporting Harrow's buy-and-bill drug portfolio in Retina and Surgical therapies.

Enhance patient access via reimbursement expertise and practice support.

• serve as primary reimbursement contact, educate practice staff on payer coverage, billing, coding, prior authorization, and claims
• manage account relationships, conduct business reviews, and develop action plans to address denial trends
• perform claims analysis, identify systemic payer issues, and elevate complex barriers
• collaborate with HUB and leadership, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure compliance

• 7+ years in healthcare reimbursement or related fields
• minimum 2 years in field reimbursement
• buy-and-bill experience essential
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• proficiency with HCPCS Level II codes, benefit verification, prior authorization, claims, and payer policies (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial).

eye care, private equity, certification, and experience with transitional reimbursement codes.
