Meadows Behavioral Health seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to assess and facilitate care for assigned patients, participating in treatment and discharge planning. You will provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy while coordinating with the multidisciplinary team.
The role requires a Master’s degree, state licensure, CPR/First Aid and CPI certification, and at least two years in behavioral health. We support providers with a collaborative, compassionate environment.
