Houston Methodist is seeking an Outpatient Coder to ensure accurate assignment of ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT codes for outpatient, ER, therapy and clinic encounters based on documentation in the EHR. The coder will work to maintain compliance with coding guidelines and regulatory standards.
Ideal candidates have RHIT/RHIA or CPC credentials and at least one year of outpatient coding experience or completion of the Coding Apprentice Program.
