Job Description:

Perform responsibilities in a manner that promotes quality patient care and customer service/satisfaction. Participate in planning and preparing for patient visits, ensuring schedules, test results, and clinic-specific requirements are available. Room patients, determine and document chief complaint, vital signs, medication list, allergies, smoking history, and other necessary information. Perform hearing and vision testing, EKG, spirometry, point of care testing, specimen collection, and equipment reprocessing as required and validated.

Prepare and stock rooms and clinic supplies in advance of visits; clean rooms between patients. Assist with routine and specialty procedures. Schedule follow-up appointments or referrals; perform clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
