The Regional Account Manage-Market Access (RAM) at Bausch + Lomb will drive payor coverage, coding, and reimbursement for Surgical Glaucoma products across assigned states. You will build regional payor strategies, educate providers, and resolve reimbursement barriers to enable patient access.
Reporting to the National Payor Account Director (East/West), you will collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, and HUB teams. Extensive field engagement and travel (~30-50%) are required to succeed.
