You will audit professional fee coding for accuracy and compliance, and educate staff on coding best practices. Extensive surgical coding experience in Neurosurgery, Cardiology, or OB/GYN is preferred.
Independence and productivity are valued in this role. The ideal candidate maintains CPC/CCS credentials and handles 4–6 encounters per hour with strong CPT/ICD-10 knowledge.
