Hospitalist Coders

A large health care system in Houston, TX is seeking experienced Hospitalist Professional Fee Coders to support a high-volume coding team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive hospitalist coding experience and be able to ramp up quickly with minimal training. Candidates must have strong knowledge of professional fee (Profee) coding guidelines, E/M coding, and physician documentation requirements within an acute care environment.

This position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to support one of the nation's leading health systems while working alongside an established coding leadership team.

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a hospitalist professional fee coder
• CPC certification
• EPIC experience
