Job Summary
Papa is hiring part‑time companion caregivers in Addicks, TX. Earn up to $15.00/hr.
Responsibilities- Provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families
- Help around the house, run errands, and provide transportation as needed
- Offer friendly company and support throughout 2–4 hour visits
- Maintain a flexible schedule using the mobile app and create your own schedule around your life
- Up to $15.00 per hour with bonuses
- Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (depends on location)
- No prior caregiving experience required – we welcome life experience caring for others, stay‑at‑home parents, retirees, and anyone seeking flexible work
- Age 21 or older
- Ability to communicate in English
- Valid U.S. issued driver's license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check and a motor vehicle report
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy and access to a vehicle [] or newer
- Access to a smartphone
- Kind‑hearted, patient, and caring personality
- Available to work at least 2 or more hours per week
