Compassionate Resident Care Aide; CNA)

Houston Transitional Care  seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with care plans. You will identify residents, follow procedures, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

Responsibilities include recording notes, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for residents in a facility setting. CPR is preferred but not required.
