Center Well Home Health is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home physical therapy as part of a patient-centered care team. You will work onsite in patients' homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, administering treatments and documenting progress.
Required qualifications include current PT license, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and English fluency. Preferred is 1 year of PTA experience. Competitive pay per visit and full benefits are offered.
