Job Opportunity – Cath Lab Specialist – Houston, Texas

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: Houston, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with on-call approximately 1–2 days per week and 1 weekend per month

Highlights:

• State-of-the-art 3-room Cath Lab suite equipped for a full range of cardiovascular, interventional radiology, and vascular procedures
• Diverse case mix including cardiac, EP, IR, and vascular cases in a dynamic outpatient setting
• Weekday schedule with limited on-call responsibilities (1–2 days per week and 1 weekend per month)
• Scrubs provided by facility
• No floating requirements; dedicated unit assignment
• Collaborative team environment with opportunities to work across specialties

Requirements:

• MRT (Medical Radiologic Technologist) license required for Texas Cardiac Cath Lab Techs working with radiological equipment
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience in Cath Lab, IR/Vascular Lab, Radiology, or critical care nursing (ICU/ER) strongly preferred
• RN credentials with Critical Care and Trauma certifications preferred
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a variety of procedures and critically ill patients
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking abilities with the capacity to remain calm under pressure
