• Required Qualifications:
  
  CT experience including adults and pediatrics, ability to work independently during shifts, experience with IV insertions, basic X-ray skills, and certification as a CT Technologist.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Additional X-ray skills to assist Rad Tech, familiarity with GE Lightspeed (16 slice) equipment.
• Additional Information:
  The role entails operating a single GE Lightspeed CT scanner, assisting with procedures such as abdomen and pelvis, head, and chest scans for pulmonary embolism (excluding cardiac procedures). The department is small, with only one technician per shift, and low patient volume primarily from emergency department and inpatient settings. Good attendance is essential due to limited staffing. The department maintains a professional dress code with black pants and pink tops, with clean, professional scrubs being acceptable.
