Houston – an office building downtown (exact location will be shared soon).

Work Hours:

Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with a flexible schedule on some days to host events and conferences. Some days may begin at 7:00 a.m. or extend to 9:00 p.m.

Playbook delivers exceptional hospitality services in Commercial Real Estate, partnering with Tourmaline Capital Partners (TCP) across their national portfolio to represent and operate the Onsite workplace hospitality program and brand. Onsite is a cutting‑edge, workplace experience platform built around four pillars:
People, Services, Spaces, and Technology.

Your Mission

Launch and lead a luxury hospitality program in a premier Class A office building in downtown Houston, TX. Elevate the workplace experience with engaging initiatives and community events, deliver concierge‑level service, and deepen tenant engagement. Increase amenity utilization and inspire employees to return to the office and feel genuinely welcomed.

What You're Responsible For
  • Tenant Relationship Management & Hospitality:
    Serve as the building’s warm, welcoming presence, building rapport with tenants through daily interactions, anticipating needs, and providing personalized support. Gather feedback, track tenant preferences, and create detailed stakeholder profiles to enhance service delivery and reinforce the Onsite platform’s value.
  • Operations & Facilities Management:
    Ensure common areas (lobby, fitness center, conference rooms) are clean, welcoming, and operating smoothly. Oversee daily lobby activation, manage conference room operations, restock supplies, and coordinate maintenance requests with janitorial and engineering teams.
  • Conference & In‑Suite Service Management:
    Own all aspects of conference room bookings, provide day‑of support, troubleshoot AV/IT issues, manage the user experience through the building app, and track bookings and financials. Coordinate catering, décor, and other special touches while delivering in‑suite services to tenants.
  • Event Support:
    Assist the Director of Onsite in planning and executing community and private tenant events. Support vendor relationships, event coordination, and create printed and digital marketing materials to ensure seamless event experiences and high vendor satisfaction.
  • Technology & Platform Management:
    Drive adoption and engagement of the building app powered by Cove, support all Onsite‑related technology, co‑manage the building app and Playbook platform, and launch the concierge platform to increase app engagement each quarter.
  • Marketing & Branding:
    Promote the property and Onsite brand across channels, create social media and Linked In content, produce filmed and recorded materials, represent the brand in alignment with guidelines, and establish local business partnerships and sponsor ships.
Who You Are – Baseline Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in high‑end hospitality (hotels, co‑working spaces such as WeWork, Industrious, Conveen, or event planning). Preferred experience with luxury or well‑known employers such as Four Seasons, The Post Oak, Houstonian Hotel, St. Regis, or leading Houston‑based event planning companies.
  • Extremely tech‑savvy, proficient in managing multiple email platforms (Outlook, GSuite) and familiar with property apps, survey platforms, marketing tools, and invoicing systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Houston’s luxury and hospitality scene, current trends, top restaurants, and premier arts and entertainment venues.
