Laundry Attendant – New Castle Hotels & Resorts
We are looking for a dedicated Laundry Attendant to support our housekeeping team by ensuring guests receive clean, fresh linens and towels. Strong attention to detail and safe work practices are essential.
Responsibilities- Focus on Details – monitor laundry systems, ensure quality, report missing or damaged items, and restock supplies.
- Be Organized – keep clean linens readily accessible for use.
- Be a Team Player – pitch to coworkers as needed.
- Be a Safety & Security Agent – follow hotel safety, security policies, and notify management of problems.
Ability to safely operate laundry equipment (sheet folder machine, ironer, washers, dryers) and use chemicals and cleaning tools. Physical demands include long hours standing, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally or 20 pounds frequently, and multi-tasking. Must bend, stretch, twist, reach, work in variable temperatures and noise levels, and have near vision to see details at close range. Proficiency in English communication required.
