Work Schedule:
Open availability recommended; schedule varies with hotel volume.

The Guest Service Associate manages valet parking, retrieves guest vehicles efficiently, assists with luggage, provides directions, and handles key and claim check processes.
Essential Functions- Maintain friendly professional demeanor; greet guests within five feet.
- Conduct proper phone etiquette.
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely; open doors for guests.
- Assist with bell services, luggage storage, and guest inquiries.
- Explain parking rates, issue claim checks, maintain accurate records, collect revenue.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license for the state.
- One month related experience or equivalent education/experience.
- Knowledge of customer service.
- Basic literacy and numeracy.
- Ability to operate manual transmission (desirable).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, 20 lbs constantly.
Outdoor work, hot/cold weather, need to run, walk, climb stairs, handle 100 lbs, stand extended, balance, operate manual transmission.
