Hilton Americas-Houston is looking for a Server Assistant (Part-Time) to join the in‑room dining team!

Connected to the George R. Brown Convention Center, Hilton Americas‑Houston is the city's largest convention hotel. Located in the heart of downtown, Hilton Americas‑Houston delivers world‑class hospitality in a vibrant, fast‑paced environment.

The ideal candidate must have prior bartending experience, be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, and have consistent weekend availability. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential.

• Assist with the preparation and organization of in‑room dining orders.
• Deliver food and beverage items promptly and courteously to guest rooms.
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s).
• Assist food server(s) with table service, including serving beverages, breads, etc.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Ensure all food handling procedures align with health and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation while enforcing sanitation protocols.
