The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of assigned guest rooms to ensure a welcoming and comfortable experience for all guests. • High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One (1) year of related experience in the hospitality or service industry preferred.
• A genuine commitment to providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Must be able to communicate in the primary language(s) of the workplace to perform essential job duties.
• Must be able to perform the essential physical functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation (e.g., lifting moderate items, standing, walking, bending, and reaching as required).
