Outlets Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outlets Manager to oversee the operations of multiple food and beverage outlets within our hotel. The ideal candidate hasa passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure consistent service standards across all venues.

• Supervise daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets.
• Provide training, mentoring, and supporting outlet staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving any issues.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency in all outlets.
• Oversee cash handling,opening/closing duties, and shift reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in all outlets.
• Collaborate with hotel management to enhance guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
• Oversee mini bar operations inguest rooms. Ensure mini bars and mini bar storage are well-stocked and properly maintained. Supervise mini bar attendant. Assist with Liquor, Beer,Wine and Food Inventory and ordering.

• Previous experience in a manageror leadership role in the hotel or restaurant industry preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and oversee multiple outlets efficiently.
• Team-oriented mindset with ahands-on approach to leadership.
• Availability to work evenings,weekends, and holidays as needed.
