• Own and grow your desk within a high-demand U.S. construction niche
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client development to candidate sourcing and placements
• Build long-term relationships with senior professionals across the construction industry
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and strategically expand your market presence
• Collaborate with a motivated, ambitious team to consistently exceed targets

• Experienced 360 recruiter with agency or executive search background
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to develop new business and close deals
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and proactive
• Confident making outbound calls and building new client relationships
