Job DescriptionAs a Bi‑Lingual HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping our workforce strategy, partnering with leadership to drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement. You will sit in Houston, TX but be responsible for multiple facilities across the US (IN, OK, FL). You’ll be embedded in the plant, working directly with employees and leadership to support a high‑performing culture.

- Be a True Business Partner – Work alongside supervisors and individual contributors to enhance the employee experience and support business goals.
- Drive Change & Improvements – Execute change management initiatives, optimize HR processes, and lead readiness activities to prepare for future challenges.
- Stay Connected to the Workforce – Be a visible and approachable presence on the floor, fostering engagement and building strong relationships.
- Leverage Data for Decision‑Making – Use insights to inform HR strategies, improve processes, and drive workforce success.
- Manage Core HR Responsibilities – Oversee site HR administrative processes, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Partner on Talent Strategy – Work with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Champion Culture & Engagement – Support initiatives that strengthen our culture and create exceptional employee experiences.
- Education Requirements: Bachelor level degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Bilingual – Spanish/English.
- 50% travel expected.
- Experience: 8‑10 years HR experience.
- Professional certification strongly preferred.
- Comprehensive skills in current Microsoft Office software.
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $90,000–$105,000 + 5% STIP, medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1, 401(k) and PTO. Your recruiter can share more about salary for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full‑time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
