Overview

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact hybrid role at a pivotal time for our company. Following a Private Equity acquisition, we are embarking on a major transformation of our business and HR function. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will combine two critical responsibilities:

  • Leading HR transformation projects in close collaboration with the company’s global Transformation Office, ensuring HR initiatives are well-structured, tracked, and delivered successfully.
  • Partnering with and supporting the CHRO, providing executive-level coordination, planning, and organizational support.

You will play a central role in shaping HR’s transformation agenda and enabling the success of projects such as a new Target Operating Model, performance management redesign, and modernized compensation & reward systems. At the same time, you will ensure the CHRO’s office runs smoothly, acting as a trusted partner and go-to person for both the global HR team and senior business leaders.
