We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talented individuals to meet our business needs and growth objectives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., Linked In, job boards, social media) and offline methods (e.g., networking events, career fairs).
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial preliminary screening, and coordinate interviews. Place all information on the HRIS.
  • Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview questions, and gathering feedback from interviewers.
  • Manage the candidate experience from application through to offer stage, ensuring a positive and professional impression of the company.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on initiatives such as employer branding, diversity hiring, and onboarding programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruiting role.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Experience in recruiting top-tier talent and manpower is an asset.
