We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter with experience placing Travel Nurses and PRN professionals to work remotely across the US. In this role, you will source, screen, and qualify healthcare professionals interested in travel careers or PRN opportunities. Your goal is to provide an exceptional experience by initiating contact, building rapport, and delivering outstanding customer service. Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building with candidates and hiring managers are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Identify qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments
• Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates, understand their needs, and qualify them for opportunities
• Educate candidates on the benefits of a travel healthcare career
• Achieve recruiting goals with motivation and results-driven approach
• Maintain a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Provide excellent customer service with a client-centered mentality

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
• At least 2 years of experience in a metrics-driven recruitment environment
• Enthusiastic about joining a recruiting organization that values your talent
