We are seeking a versatile HR Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and managing administrative staff, IT, and safety protocols. This role is ideal for someone who excels in building processes and systems from the ground up and enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving startup setting.

• HR Strategy and Execution:
  Develop and implement HR strategies that support our business goals, focusing on areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, benefits and payroll.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Develop and maintain safety policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and client requirements.
• Administrative Oversight:
  Lead and support the administrative staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
• IT Coordination:
  Work with IT to ensure technology solutions are in place to support team productivity and data security.
• Process Development:
  Design and implement scalable HR and administrative processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a startup or dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse functions and teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and implement effective systems and procedures.
