Position: Recruiting Consultant
Address: Houston, TX
Schedule: In office, half day Fridays
Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

• Source and identify qualified candidates for active job openings
• Conduct targeted candidate searches using Boolean logic and Linked In Recruiter
• Develop and maintain lists of target companies and candidate profiles for specific roles
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
• Schedule and coordinate phone and in-person interviews with hiring managers and clients
• Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records throughout the recruitment process

• 3‑5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, sales support, or high‑volume call environments
• Strong research and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity, professionalism, and a strong interest in talent acquisition
• Ability to work onsite in our Houston office, Monday through Friday
