What You’ll Do:

• Source and engage top-tier attorney candidates using creative outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of attorney talent.
• Assess candidate fit through interviews, client meetings, and market insights.
• Partner with top law firms and corporate legal departments to deliver tailored hiring solutions.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates and clients through the hiring process.
• Stay ahead of legal market trends and industry shifts.

What You Bring:

• JD required – Ideal for attorneys ready to transition from practice.
• Passion for relationship-building, business development, and strategic thinking.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong personal drive.
• Sales or client-facing experience (real estate, hospitality, retail, etc.) is a plus.
• No prior recruiting experience needed – we’ll train you.
