HR & Admin Specialist

$50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and professional HR & Admin Specialist to support our business expansion and team management in the United States. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies in compliance with U.S. labor laws and parent company guidelines. The specialist will also lead talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational culture development, and compensation & benefits programs to provide efficient and compliant HR support for our overseas operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy & Compliance:
    Develop and implement HR policies (employment contracts, compensation, performance management) fully compliant with U.S. state/federal laws and aligned with our global HQ framework.
  • Talent Strategy:
    Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and managerial roles, building a robust local talent pipeline through direct hiring and agency partnerships.
  • Employee

    Experience:

    Manage the entire employee lifecycle for both expatriates and local staff—from visa support and onboarding to resolving complex ER issues and fostering engagement.
  • Total Rewards:
    Design and manage a competitive compensation & benefits package, including salary benchmarking, bonus structures, and liaison with insurance/payroll providers.
  • Culture Champion:
    Bridge cultural gaps by facilitating training and initiatives that integrate our core values with the local team dynamic.
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5+ years of hands‑on HR experience in the U.S. market with proven expertise in U.S. labor law and payroll/tax compliance.
  • Solid background in managing cross‑cultural teams and navigating the nuances of a global‑matrix organization.
  • Understanding of the talent landscape within manufacturing, engineering, or heavy machinery is highly preferred.
  • Credential: SHRM-CP/SCP or similar certification is a significant advantage.
