As part of LYB’s Global HRMS team, the HR Management System Analyst is responsible for supporting the maintenance, enhancement and administration of LYB’s HR processes within HRIS Platform (Success Factors HCM). The HRMS Analyst will utilize advanced system and business knowledge to act as a liaison with the business and IT organization to drive organizational initiatives forward.
You Bring This ValueBachelor’s degree or sufficient relative work experience.
Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience, including three (3) years’ experience with HRMS related systems.
Experience in Success Factors or similar HCM system desired.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with knowledge in Excel.
Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to build relationships and instill trust with internal and/or external stakeholders through a strong customer service focus.
Ability to drive results and innovation with integrity through collaborative partnerships.
Ability to apply analytical methodologies to perform data analysis.
Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to people with non-technical backgrounds.
ResponsibilitiesServe as a technical point of contact and subject matter expert to ensure data integrity, testing system enhancements and updates, data gathering, and analyzing data flows for process improvement and break fixes.
Support the Global Year End processes such as Performance and Compensation Cycle from a system perspective, using best practices and knowledge of internal and/or external business issues to improve systems and streamline processes.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), business organization(s) and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements/user stories.
Implement, from creation to completion, user stories as part of the product team.
Participate in the mentoring, training and knowledge share of HRMS team members as well as business users on the HRMS Core Systems.
Provide Tier 2 support to HRMS Operations, serving as a subject matter expert for more than 2 Success Factors modules
Perform exports/imports of data as required, including preparing and analyzing data files for load accuracy.
Create test scripts and perform unit, integration and QA testing as required.
Provide backup support for other Success Factors modules as needed
