Job SummaryThe HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day HR operations at Allia Health. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented and proactive individual who is passionate about human resources and eager to grow in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will assist with onboarding, employee record maintenance, HRIS data entry, and administrative support for HR initiatives and programs. This is a hybrid role working onsite 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring completion of required documentation.
- Perform timely and accurate HR data entry, including data and pay rate changes, in ADP Workforce Now.
- Prepare HR Memos.
- Conduct routine audits of employee records and HR data in ADP to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR regulations and guidelines.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, and or Business Administration, or 5 years of experience working in an HR role in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Intermediate knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Minimum 3 years of experience using an HRIS system (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Paycom, Bamboo
HR, Workday). - Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
- Experience with ADP SASS.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
