Employee Benefits Administrator

First Community Credit Union – Houston, TX

We are looking for a Benefits Administrator based at our corporate headquarters in Copperfield (NW Houston). The Benefits Administrator will act as liaison with benefits providers and brokers, manage monthly and annual enrollment processes for group health-related insurance and programs, educate staff on eligible benefits, and handle COBRA, Workers Comp, and TWC claims. In addition, the role will assist with HR functions such as payroll, employee engagement, and general administrative tasks.

Qualified candidate:
Minimum three years of Human Resources experience.

Salary: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year.
