• Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment
  :
  Proactively recruit top talent using job fairs, digital platforms, and your professional network.
• Relationship Management
  :
  Build and maintain strong partnerships with corporate recruiters, colleges, universities, and vocational programs.
• Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives
  :
  Develop recruiting plans that support and promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
• Creative Job Advertising
  :
  Write compelling job postings that attract both active and passive candidates across multiple platforms.
• Data‑Driven Sourcing
  :
  Evaluate sourcing effectiveness and identify new avenues for reaching quality candidates.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to identify top talent and match them to client needs.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms including Linked In, job boards, and internal databases.
• Proficient with internet research and applicant tracking systems.
• Associate degree in business or related field, or 3–5 years of recruiting experience (field sales or college recruiting preferred).
• Knowledge of administrative operations and office procedures.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment and random drug screen.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
