Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a network of specialized professionals within your technical market.
  • Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess skills, motivations, and fit.
  • Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs, advise on strategy, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate offers, manage pipelines, and close placements to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics to continuously optimise output and profitability.
  • Contribute to team growth, culture, and shared performance targets.
