Ener Mech, a trusted oil and gas service provider supporting complex energy projects worldwide, is seeking a Contract HR Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational HR support. This role is well-suited for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to excellence in people operations.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with Human Resources Compliance specialist to manage the onboarding process
- Manage the onboarding process encompassing the entire life cycle of transactions, updating tracking and giving status updates regularly including but not limited to: new hire, rehire, employee changes, terminations
- Communicate with candidates and employees of status and with timely updates
- Accurately enter and update employee data in all HR systems (ADP, NAV)
- Review and enter historical data into HR system, as necessary
- Gather and organize datasets from relevant documents submitted with employee updates/changes
- Maintain and organize employee personnel records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
- Generate reports for HR leaders to show insights and metrics
- Ensure integrity, accuracy, and timely updates by conducting regular audits to validate data input and resolved discrepancies on a weekly basis
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Make recommendations for improving HR processes, policies and programs
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; HR certification preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced, operational environment.
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems, policies, compliance requirements, best practices, and HR metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and promoting a safe, compliant work environment.
