You will identify and attract candidates to meet hiring needs, partner with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates, and manage full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing through acceptance. Travel may be required up to 10%, and you will maintain ATS records, develop relationships with colleges, and drive recruiting programs.
