• Source,engage,andrecruitqualifieddentists,hygienists,anddentalstaffusingmultiplestrategiesincludingjobboards,Linked In,referrals,andcoldoutreach
• Conductcandidateinterviewstoassessexperience,credentials,availability,andoverallfit
• Partnerwiththeclientservicesteamtounderstandhiringneedsandalignrecruitingefforts
• Coordinate interviews,credentialing,andonboardingprocesses
• Maintainaccurateandup-to-daterecordsintheapplicanttrackingsystem
• Proactivelybuildandmaintaintalentpipelinesforfuturestaffingneeds
• Meetweeklyandmonthlyperformancegoalsincludingcalls,interviews,and placements
• Communicateprofessionallywithcandidatesandclientstoensureapositiveexperience

• Bachelor'sdegreeorequivalentprofessionalexperience
• 3yearsofhealthcarerecruitingexperiencerequired
• 1-2yearsofrecruiting,staffing,healthcare,orcustomerserviceexperiencepreferred
• Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
• Highlyorganizedwiththeabilitytomanagemultiplepriorities
• Self-motivatedandabletoworkindependentlyaswellascollaboratively
• Experienceusingapplicanttrackingsystemspreferred
• Familiaritywithdentalorhealthcarerolesisaplusbutnotrequired
