This full-time Information Technology Recruiter position based in Houston, TX. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process for business and technical roles, including intake meetings with hiring managers, job description creation, and role scoping. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating virtual and in-person meetings with practice leaders. The recruiter will guide candidates through each stage of the process, schedule interviews, gather feedback, and support offer development and negotiation.

The role also involves maintaining accurate recruiting data, building talent pipelines, partnering with HR and internal leaders on workforce planning, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and employer branding.

• 2-5 years of recruiting experience, managing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Possess specialized IT recruitment and technical recruiting skills to effectively fill technology-focused roles.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.
• You must have experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience recruiting for IT, energy, consulting, or technology services organizations is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.
