Human Resources Generalist

Idera is a high-growth, highly profitable multinational software company backed by multiple private equity firms, including Partners Group, TA Associates, and HGGC. We’re seeking a forward-thinking, hands-on Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

In this role, you’ll provide broad HR support and collaborate with colleagues across the HR team and the business. You’ll be a trusted “go-to” partner who can manage detailed reporting, support employee programs, and help drive key HR initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Prepare,validate,andmaintainheadcountandotherworkforcereportsfor Finance and Accounting.
• Develop,maintain,andanalyzeHRreportsanddashboards;identifytrendsand ensuredataaccuracy.
• Administeremployeebenefitsprograms,including enrollments,eligibility,vendor coordination,andemployeecommunications.
• Supportthecompany’s401(k) plan administration,includingenrollment,employee questions,vendor coordination,andrequiredreporting.
• Assistwiththedevelopment,implementation,andcommunicationofHRpolicies, procedures and programs.
• CoordinateinternationalHRactivitiesandworkwithinternalteamsandexternal partnerstosupportemployeesacrossmultiplelocations.
• CollaboratewiththeHRteamandbusinesspartnerstoplananddeliverHR projects.
• Leadandsupportmergersandacquisitions,includingHRduediligence,planning,andintegrationactivities.
• Managemultipleprioritiesandspecialprojects,adjustingasbusinessneeds evolve.
• Maintain accurate,confidentialemployeerecordsandHRdata.
• Performotherdutiesasneeded.

• Bachelor’sdegreeorequivalentcombinationofeducationandrelevantexperience
• Atleastfiveyearsofexperiencein Human Resources ,ideallywithexposureto benefits,retirement plans,HR reporting,orinternationalHR.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills ,including
  
  Pivot
  
  Tables,VLOOKUP,data validation, and reporting.
  
  Experiencecreatingrecurringreportsordashboardsisaplus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office ;experiencewithHRISandbenefitsor
  401(k) administrationplatformsispreferred.
• Abilitytousesoundjudgmentandmakepracticalrecommendationsconsistent withcompanypolicies,established practices,andapplicablelaws.
• Stronganalyticalskillsandcloseattentiontodetail,particularlywhenworkingwithemployeedataandreports.
• Excellent written,verbal,andinterpersonalcommunicationskills.
• Strongorganizationalskillsandtheabilitytoprioritizework,manage competing deadlines,andhandleconfidentialinformationwithdiscretion.
