What does STEM recruitment actually look like?
You’ll become the link between high-growth STEM businesses and the specialist talent they need to succeed.
You’ll learn 360 recruitment
, combining sales, business development and talent acquisition.
Your day could involve:
- Speaking with engineers, developers, scientists and other STEM professionals
- Building relationships with STEM companies and senior decision-makers
- Head-hunting specialist candidates for exciting technical projects
- Winning new clients and developing your own portfolio of STEM businesses
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Working towards clear targets and being rewarded for your results
You’ll build your own network, become an expert in your market and develop relationships with people who are shaping the future of technology, engineering and science
