Job DescriptionThe preferred candidate will have:
- At least 9 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture
- Knowledge of various Juniper and Cisco Network Devices
- In-depth design knowledge of network (LAN / WAN) and security (Firewall, IPS, IDS, VPN / Remote / Mobility VPN devices on Cisco and Juniper) in large scale environments
- Experience with Cisco technologies, firewall and Data Center Networks
- Technical knowledge and experience in management of large enterprise customers' network involving Data & Security environments
- Good understanding of IPv4 Address planning and implementations
- Experience and exposure with various native monitoring tools and third-party monitoring tools
- At least 7 years of experience working with Cisco and Juniper Security Devices
- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, stakeholder management skills
- Ability to own end-to-end Major/critical Incidents and drive their resolution over call/bridge along with SME, Vendors and customer to quickly restore the service
- Ability to participate in incidents management meeting, handle crisp customer communication over email/call, and update status to customer leadership team
- Exceptional communications capabilities, giving presentations, and speaking publicly
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with project management
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
- Ability to connect and manage clients
Desired certifications include:
- CCNA, CCNP – Security
- CCNA - Routing
- ITIL Processes
The basic qualifications are:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 11 years of experience in IT Network Security
