Overview

The Security Manager – Corporate and Product Security leads Quorum Software’s global security operations and product assurance functions. This role oversees Corporate Operations and Product Security and Assurance teams, responsible for monitoring, detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and product and application security.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Strategy – Lead and mentor the corporate and product security teams, setting priorities, goals, and KPIs aligned with Quorum’s security strategy; provide hands‑on guidance across SOC operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and application security; foster collaboration across Security, IT, Cloud Ops, Product, and Engineering teams; promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Corporate and Operations Security – Oversee SOC 24/7 operations and coordination with MSSP to ensure effective detection, triage, and incident response; drive incident response planning and execution; manage metrics reporting, security awareness and training, threat intelligence integration; oversee access management and PAM; support email, web, endpoint protection, and attack surface management.
• Product and Assurance Security – Lead vulnerability management programs for Quorum’s products; oversee application security activities (SAST, DAST, SCA scanning, secure code practices, bug bounty); coordinate penetration testing and red team exercises; manage CSPM and collaborate on secure deployment of AWS and Azure; establish product security metrics and continuous improvement; integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaboration and Partner Coordination – Work with GRC on audit readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF); partner with Security Architecture on threat modeling and risk assessment; engage Product Security Specialists; engage key partners and vendors.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation – Develop operational playbooks; measure and report key risk and performance indicators; identify automation, AI and integration opportunities; lead post‑incident reviews; stay informed on evolving threats and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Seven or more years of cybersecurity experience, three or more years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven expertise in SOC operations, incident response, vulnerability management, cloud security, and application security.
• Strong understanding of application and product security, including secure coding and Dev Sec Ops .
• Experience managing or coordinating with MSSP or MDR providers and external partners.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
• Experience with security tools such as Sentinel One, Microsoft E5, Tenable, Veracode.
• Background in SaaS or software product security environments.
