Overview

SPERTON - Where Great People Meet is seeking a Manager, Cybersecurity – IAM to lead the firm’s IAM and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) program. This is a remote role, open to candidates based in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, New York City, or Washington, DC. Base salary range is $150,000 – $210,000 per year.

• Lead and manage the firm’s IAM and IGA platforms (currently Okta and SailPoint) with future expansion into Privileged Access Management (PAM) such as Cyber Ark.
• Oversee authentication, federation, RBAC, lifecycle management, and PAM initiatives.
• Drive delivery of large-scale identity initiatives in Agile environments.
• Ensure integration of IAM with core systems (Active Directory/LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, APIs).
• Partner with stakeholders to balance security, compliance, and business usability.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to IAM engineering and operations teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (advanced degree or certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Okta, or Sail Point preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in IAM or related cybersecurity functions, with proven leadership in engineering/operations.
• Strong expertise in Okta, SailPoint, Cyber Ark, Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, and API integrations

• Deep understanding of IAM/IGA concepts and lifecycle management.
• Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
• Proven track record of delivering identity programs at enterprise scale.
