Senior Systems Administrator

The Senior Systems Administrator role ensures the smooth and secure operation of computer systems across physical and virtual environments. This technical leadership position includes collaboration, compliance, and on-call responsibilities.

• System Management
  :
  Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical/virtual servers, storage arrays, and endpoints.
• Security & Compliance
  :
  Manage user identity (on-prem and cloud),
  group policy management
  , vulnerability remediation, and adherence to applicable policies (e.g., BSA/AML/CFT/Sanctions).
• Project Support
  :
  Act as technical lead and collaborate with teams to meet business objectives.
• Backup & Recovery
  :
  Monitor and implement data protection strategies.
• Change Management
  :
  Document and obtain approval for system changes.
• On-Call Duty
  :
  Participate in a rotating emergency support schedule.
• Education & Experience
  :
  Associate degree or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• Certifications
  :
  Not mandatory but expected to obtain certifications (Azure, MCSA/MCSE, VMware, etc.) within a year.
• Technical Skills
  :
  • VMware vSphere expertise
  • MECM/SCCM and 3rd-party patching
• Soft Skills
  :
  Strong problem-solving, communication (technical & non-technical), teamwork, and time management.

• Education & Experience
  :
  Associate degree or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• Certifications
  :
  Not mandatory but expected to obtain certifications (Azure, MCSA/MCSE, VMware, etc.) within a year.
