We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled senior data scientist to join our team, with a focus on machine learning applications and expertise. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced models to tackle analytical challenges and drive business growth for our clients.

• Design and implement advanced models to tackle analytical challenges and drive business growth for clients.
• Collaborate with hard-core modelers and address client questions with ML expertise.

• Domain / Industry – Banking / FIs with credit risk lending
• Technical – Machine Learning, Credit risk model development, Python
• 7–8+ years of overall experience in analytics/modeling
• 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in ML model development
• Strong knowledge of ML modeling techniques
• Hands-on experience in developing models for any banking product (personal loans, home loans, credit cards, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
