• At least 5+ years’ experience IT Infra Windows + VMware
• Good technical knowledge of WINTEL, VMware, VDI Systems
• Strong hands on experience with VSpheres systems administration and support, including Vmotion, HA, DRS, VDS, Affinity rules, VCenter, Storage migration and P2V migration.
• Good understanding of Hyper V, design and deployment and migration of VMware work load to HyperV
• Strong experience with vSphere system administration, performance tuning and operations.
• Experience on Thin provisioning, Resource Pool, Host Profiles, third party plug-ins.
• Strong knowledge on vCenter server management versions 6.0 or above.
• Experience on VMware platform service controller appliance.
• Strong hands‑on experience with vSphere problem determination, Capacity planning and root cause analysis.
• Excellent in WINDOWS OS troubleshooting, debugging & system recovery.
• Proficient knowledge of DNS and AD’s required for the integration.
• Good Experience on Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012 Active directory, managing and maintaining Active Directory Objects.
• Have a good knowledge Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012 DNS. Configuring DNS forwarders and Zones. DHCP servers, Active Directory Backup and Restore.
• Experience on Active Directory Sites & services, AD Replication and Troubleshoot File Replication Services.
• Good experience on Backup tools and management.
• Understand different business needs and able to set priorities.
• Experience in Powershell, ADFS and Migration
• Active directory (user authentication)
• KMS(office activation)
• RDS(terminal server licensing)
• Patching and Maintaining compliance as per contract
• Good understanding of Window Distributed File System experience in design and deployment of the same.
• Experience in File server consolidation, assigning rights, Print server config.
